Why learn Pilates?

 

Pilates acts on your body and on your mind,

it is ...a gentle method which constitutes real physical and mental conditioning aimed at strengthening the deep muscles (perineum, transverse and spinal muscles ...).It will tone / refine your body, improve your flexibility and your posture.

Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age or level of fitness.

 

The elements of Pilates are:

 

-fluidity of movement

-body centering

-breathing

-Control

-the precision

-concentration

 

After a Pilates session, your muscles are firm and slender, you feel relaxed and you have released all the stress from your day. You will learn to understand your body better.

5 month subscription package:

 

- One lesson / week 15 euros / lesson

- Two lessons / week 13 euros / lesson

- Three lessons / week 11 euros / lesson

 

- Drop-In

(on reservation and availability) 1 course = 20 euros

 

 Class schedule: (From February 1- Juin 30, 2020)

 

-Tuesday morning 9-10am

 

-Tuesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. and from 7 to 8 p.m.

 

-Wednesday evening 6 to 7 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m

 

-Thursday 1 to 2 p.m.

 

-Sunday 9 to 10 a.m. and 10 to 11 a.m.
